Home for the night

I am home for the night and just relaxing. It feels great. It was a long day today at the hospital. I am happy to be home. I have another long work day ahead of me tomorrow as well. I am going to say good night and hope everyone has sweet dreams.

Mind Racing.....

Well, I tossed and turned all last night.  I could not sleep at all. My mind was racing with ideas for my book that I am writing. Every time I would fall asleep, I would think of another idea, then write it down so I would not forget overnight. I wrote quite a bit yesterday.  After rereading it, I am going to make a few changes and some more details to it. I wasn't quite happy with it, but now after rereading it, I think I like the changes I want to make to it.

Well I am off to work at the hospital, a long 10 hour shift. I cannot wait to come home tonight so I can write some more. I hope this work day fly's by.  Have a great day.

Progress is being made

I am so happy that I am making progress with my story.  I just started and so far 2,784 words completed so far.  I hope to get some more done today before I go back to work tomorrow. I am trying to write at least 500 words a day if not more.  I hope to write more than that a day but sometimes it can be hard working 10 hour shifts. Just wanted to post and let you know that I am working hard on getting my story started.  Hope everyone is having a great weekend so far.  I know I am.

Feeling accomplished

I am feeling quite accomplished.  It feels great.  I got a good outline going for my book. Drew some maps to get an idea in my head how things will look. I have quite a few characters made with descriptions. I am feeling good. Taking a break to blog and eat some food. I think I may write some more after dinner.

First Blog Ever!!!

Hello everyone, this is my first blog ever. I am trying it out and want to learn how to become comfortable with it.  I am in the process of trying to write my first book ever. I really enjoy writing. It will be a fantasy novel. I hope to make into a trilogy. I am in the beginning stages, so it will be awhile before it is complete. Just wanted to test this out. Have a great day!!!    :)
