Strep Throat

About two weeks ago, I had gotten a bad cold. I took some antibiotics and began to feel a little better. I just could not get rid of my sore throat  and earache. I ask the doctor at my work to look at my throat, come to find out, I have strep throat. It feels like I have millions of razors in my throat. I cannot eat, drink, or swallow. I am not on some stronger antibiotics. I hope they work this round.

So I am off for the day from work, so now I have some more time to do some writing while relaxing. I plan to get quite a bit done today. I am also excited because I have off the next two days for my regular days off. So three days to get better. I hope everyone is having a great weekend. Talk to you soon. :)

Book Cover

I am so happy that I am doing great with my first draft. I am up to 23,000 words now. I am making progress. It is hard to write while working full time. Any spare time I get I am working on it.

To keep myself motivated, I have someone working on my book cover for me now. I cannot wait to see how it turns out.  It makes me want to finish my book quicker.

My goal is around 110,000 - 115,000 words. It may change, but I want something to look forward to and that is an easier goal for now. I hope everyone has a great day today.

Rough Draft

I have been working on my rough draft. It is going good so far. I am able to write and keep it flowing. Sometimes I hate to stop for the night when I am doing so good. I have off this weekend, so I hope to get some more writing done. I hope everyone is doing well and having a great weekend. I thank everyone who does stop by to read by blogs. I am feeling good about my book so far. I am enjoying it. I am going to go for now, but will be back later. :)

Off from Work

I am really enjoying these two days off from work. I am going to relax, maybe write, clean house, and enjoy time with my boyfriend. It is such beautiful weather out. I am so happy to be in shorts. I am getting excited, we are getting plane tickets to go to the Netherlands, France, Iceland, and more. It will be a fun trip and first time out of the country. Have a great day to everyone.

Hi Again

         I just wanted to say hi. I am about to go to work at the hospital. Then I have two days off. I am getting more and more excited about my book. I have a lot of my character details laid out the way that I like. It just makes me excited to start writing more. I hope everyone has a great day. Talk to you later. Bye. :)

POV

Trying to decide which pov I should go with on my novel. I want to do third person ominous but my bf says that is too hard to do and dumb, :-/ what is everyone else's opinions?

Just wanted to say hello

I just wanted to say hello to anyone that may be reading, I am making some progress on my novel. I have some great ideas, having fun making the characters. I have it all in my head and on papers, I am now finally writing my first draft. I will write it all the way through then go back and edit it and fix it. If I try to do both now, I will never finish my story. I hope everyone is doing great. Have a great day!!!!
